Yesterday, Andrew finished 2nd grade! Sandy home schooled him using the exact same curriculum that they use at the Christian school where, Lord willing, he will return next fall.
It was his first and probably last year of home school. I am very proud of both Sandy and Andrew for this past year. It was a lot of work for Sandy, but I think Andrew grew a ton intellectually and more importantly, spiritually. He is beginning to see his schoolwork as a way to glorify God while developing discipline and a consistent work ethic. We want him to be a hard worker who tries to enjoy EVERY task he is given.
So we celebrated with half price slushies at Sonic.
