Albuquerque Isotopes

We don't have Major League Baseball, the NBA, the NFL or even NHL here in ABQ. But we do have the ABQ Isotopes baby! They are the AAA affiliate of the LA Dodgers. Our church bought group tickets and we went to our first game.

We got there early hoping to catch some batting practice and to partake in the 50 cent hot dogs. But alas, we missed BP though we got plenty of dogs. In this case, they were more like extended little smokies in a bun.

But the boys and girl had a blast. This was Emery's first time at any professional type sporting event. She was amazed though she had no idea what was going on. But the consensus was clear from them all - "This was the best night ever!"
